Hi, I'm Bea, and I'm part of Afra's therapeutic team.
For as long as I can remember, I have had a deep desire to understand and understand my own emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, as well as those of those around me, as well as a desire to be available and helpful to others.
This led me to study Psychology. Over time, I realized that, in addition to my education, psychology is my way of approaching life, of being in the world, of relating to myself and the world.
My approach to Gestalt Therapy was guided by Afra, leading me through a process of self-knowledge, emotional validation, and acceptance, as well as assuming my own responsibility for the decisions and actions of my life. This has impacted me both personally and professionally.
I enjoy supporting others in their therapeutic processes, with the goal of helping them find their own ways to resolve their current difficulties, using their own strategies, and thus developing their sense of autonomy, all within a climate of respect, care, and acceptance.
