This therapeutic space is specifically designed for adolescents, offering a safe, caring, and respectful environment where they can explore their emotions, thoughts, and relationships. Through group work, authentic encounters with others are fostered, promoting recognition of their own needs and those of the group. The Gestalt approach values the "here and now" and helps each young person connect with what they feel, think, and need in the present.
In this group, we work on identity construction, emotional management, relationship conflicts, and the development of self-expression. The group's diversity becomes a source of learning and growth, where each member contributes their unique experience. The Gestalt approach emphasizes the importance of shared experience, awareness, and genuine dialogue as tools for transformation.
The group becomes a mirror, a place to see oneself reflected and be accompanied, generating a sense of belonging. Here, each adolescent is invited to experiment, express themselves freely, and build new ways of being with themselves and others.
