This workshop proposes an encounter with yourself, with the loving, the fragile, the wounded, the strong, the beautiful… All of you, all of you, complete, discovering what you essentially ARE.
Working with the body allows us to access internal spaces that connect with something beyond the obvious. Every movement leads to a deeper and more unconscious immersion, each contact with the other flows in an easier way and arises a more intimate connection, the experience of the here and now.
The objective of the workshop:
Transforming from having a body to BEING A BODY IN ITS TOTALITY.
We will work: The body in time and space. Voice and silence. Movement and stillness. The conscious and the unconscious. The predictable and unpredictable... Allow yourself to be surprised by the flow of each moment and each expression, accepting the different perspective that emerges in the revelation of each approach.
