Who teaches

My name is Ángela Romero, and I am a clinical psychologist with training in sexology. I facilitate therapeutic processes from a humanistic and integrative perspective, where the body, emotions, and personal history are all part of the same process of understanding and care.

Sexuality is an essential dimension of people's health and well-being; it is not limited solely to sexual relations, but is part of how we inhabit our bodies, how we feel pleasure, how we connect with other people, and how we relate to ourselves.

Throughout life, our sexuality transforms and develops as part of our life cycle; however, it is often marked by silences, mandates, myths, or experiences that may have prevented us from experiencing it with freedom, authenticity, and tenderness.

At Afra, we believe it is important to create safe spaces where we can also talk about sexuality naturally, approach the body with curiosity, and learn to listen to each other with more respect and kindness.

This workshop was created with that intention: to open a space for listening, knowledge and reconnection with one's own pleasure and with one's own experience of the body.

Content

Reconnect with Pleasure: Explore Pleasure and Demystify Belief

A space for women who wish to reconnect with their sexuality through calm, curiosity, and care.
We will explore pleasure, the taboos that still surround it, and the obstacles that sometimes keep us from it.

Through sensory dynamics and spaces for dialogue, we will approach our anatomy, desire, and how to inhabit the body with greater presence and enjoyment.
We'll talk about self-image, body shame, and acceptance, creating a safe space to share, explore, and begin to look at pleasure through new eyes.

Who is this workshop for?

  • For women who want to reconnect with their body and their desire.

  • For those who are curious to explore their pleasure without demands.

  • For those who have experienced sex more out of duty than enjoyment.

  • For women who want to know their anatomy without shame.

  • For those seeking a safe space to share, feel and live with more freedom
