Committed to training and development processes that bring about changes that improve well-being, Afra has collaborated on several training initiatives for the Provincial Council of Huelva.
Within the Huelva Advances Program, different training activities are provided for both users and teachers and staff from the Local Development Area with technical responsibilities in the project. The various activities share a common goal: to offer a space for self-discovery and group learning, as well as to provide tools for personal well-being and development that directly impacts career development (or job search).
Within the Grouped Continuing Education Plan, the following is carried out: Social Skills, Communication, Teamwork and Conflict Resolution Course, where the participants were civil servants, employees, and statutory staff of local authorities in the province of Huelva. In the space created, participants reflected on the quality of their social relationships, identified weaknesses and strengths, and became aware of the responsibility they have for the outcome of these relationships, which impacts the social and work environment.
