When I finished my degree, I entered the world of social intervention. I worked with vulnerable groups, women, and children, combining my passion for the human mind with a desire to help people in vulnerable situations, doing my part to achieve the greatest possible well-being within the context in which they interact.
My training, learning, and supervision are ongoing, which is why I embarked on Gestalt therapy training, a path I followed and completed at Afra. Beginning Gestalt therapy training was like embarking on my own path. Gestalt therapy is the path of the human within psychology, understanding the therapeutic process through accompaniment and understanding everything that happens in a person's life.
I currently work in individual and couples therapy, addressing the health of the whole person, taking into account their relationship with their body, their sexuality, their relationships, and any areas where they experience discomfort.
The goal of my work is for the person to become aware of the difficulties they are experiencing and their origins, to become aware of what they need to address the pain, and to take control of their health and emotional well-being.
