He was born in Barcelona in 1959, during the Franco dictatorship, into a progressive family committed to renewing the prevailing educational reality. He grew up in an open and innovative environment. His education was in line with the emerging educational renewal movement in Catalonia at that time.
She studied Psychology at the Autonomous University of Barcelona, specializing in Social Psychology. She became interested in social supply issues and worked for twelve years in the world of socio-cultural animation for Barcelona City Council. As a culmination of her work in the social field, she earned her doctorate in 2001 with her thesis. “Fourteen years of Casals de Joves de l'Ajuntamnet de Barcelona”She later obtained the title of Psychologist specializing in clinical psychology.
In line with her unstoppable interest in self-knowledge and understanding the psychological mechanisms that drive the behavior of others, she became interested in and trained in Humanistic Psychology at the Estel Center in Barcelona, especially in Gestalt Therapy.
He founded the Gestalt Institute with Joan Garriga and Vicens Olivé in 1986. She continued her training in different types of psychotherapy: NLP, Ericksonian Hypnosis, and Family Constellations with Bert Hellinger. She also became interested in and specialized in working with dreams as an expression of the family. She also participated in the SAT program, created and directed by Claudio Naranjo, learning everything related to the Enneagram.
In recent years, she has become interested in various lines of therapeutic work related to the body, training in Katsugen, Open River, Energy Centers, and Five Rhythms, and having designed her own training program in therapeutic bodywork, which is offered at the Institut Gestalt.
Following the success of his first book 'Born for pleasure' (2014) began to give Workshops and Training in Female Sexuality.
Currently, he is mainly dedicated to training therapists and supervising them in the practice of their profession from different therapeutic perspectives: Gestalt, Family Constellations, Integrative Therapy, Coaching and Body Therapy, both in Spain and in various Latin American countries.
