How do I know if I need to see a psychologist?

Individual sessions 50 minutes 

Couple sessions 80 minutes. 

The frequency is weekly at the beginning of the process, and is extended to biweekly depending on the needs of each case.

Yes, we offer online sessions for those who cannot attend in person or prefer this format.
