We started our project in Ayamonte in 2000. The first few years were spent initiating personal development within social and community intervention, in addition to sharing an office with other professionals to conduct therapy sessions.
In 2007, we launched Gestalt Therapy Training, endorsed by the AETG and FEAP, and since then, we have combined training with individual, couples, and group psychotherapy at our center.
In 2012, we moved to the city of Huelva, expanding our team and opening our current headquarters, where we operate as Afra Center for Health Psychology, becoming a benchmark for Humanistic Psychology in Huelva.
Project management
It is a name of Arabic origin, from the Sufi tradition.
It is also identified with the sense of community and the willingness to help others.
These qualities represent the values that inspire the Afra team to serve the individuals and groups we work with, contributing our part to Personal Well-being and Social Change.
